I would like to share with you a recipe that I have seen and tried again and that I like very much. You can also make wonderful pastry-style mooncakes by following the recipe or the video.

✅ 1 pack of instant yeast
✅ 1 teaspoon mahaleb
✅ 3-3.5 glasses of flour
Preparation: First, let's add the liquid ingredients and mix them. Let's add the dry ingredients and knead a soft dough that does not stick to the hand.. We do not wait for the dough to ferment.
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of sugar
Half a tea glass of oil
2 soup spoons of cocoa
1 packet of baking powder

Fabrication:
Let's beat the egg with sugar until foamy, then add the oil, then the dry ingredients and bake in a small mold at 175 degrees. For the croissants:
Let's crumble the cakes
2 3 scoops of hazelnuts or walnuts
1 teaspoon of raisins
Let's melt 1 pack (80gr) of dark chocolate in an easy way and add it into it.
1 tea glass of milk
Let's knead them all and let them rest in the fridge to give a better style..
Make the donuts as in the video and apply egg yolk on them. If you want, you can add almonds or hazelnuts.
