I want to share a wonderful recipe with you. I tried a wonderful recipe with narration. It is very simple in making.
Daisy Tartolet
✅For the tartlet:
✅200 g butter
✅100 g powdered sugar
✅ 1 egg white
✅375 gr (3.5 cups of controlled) flour
✅2 tablespoons of cocoa
✅1 teaspoon of cinnamon
✅ Preparation: Butter and sugar are kneaded, then other ingredients are added and a dough that does not stick to the hand is made. Rest in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. It is opened in half cm thickness and cut with a daisy mold. It is placed in tartlet molds, no need to lubricate the mold, it does not stick. Bake in a preheated 160 degree oven for 15 minutes. It is removed from the mold when warm, and left to cool. It can be done in the evening and squeezed into the cream in the morning. It turns out 30 pieces.
✅For the cream:
✅3 glasses of milk
✅2 tablespoons of flour
✅2 tablespoons of starch
✅4 tablespoons of granulated sugar
✅ 1 egg yolk
✅1 pack vanilla
✅1 bag of powdered whipped cream
✅ 1 lemon zest
✅ Preparation: Except for the powdered whipped cream, the other ingredients are mixed and cooked and taken from the stove and cooled by mixing so that it does not form a crust from time to time. Then, powdered whipped cream is added into it and whipped with a mixer for 5 minutes.
Cream is poured into the cooled tartlets and decorated as desired. Enjoy your meal.
